When designing for children with learning differences, I remembered that 4-Square Breathing has helped my own anxiety. How can I make a “worry stone” that is both cute and functional?

  • Palm-sized cat with 4-Square Breathing instructions on its belly

  • Designed to help with anxiety disorders, such as GAD

  • Instructions are impressed into the ABS plastic for tactile input

  • Doubles as a keychain (loop threads through tail)

  • For ages 4+ due to simple reading and counting
